Responsibility: As a Corporate & Student Lounge Host, your main tasks will be to make our visitors, companies and students included, feel at ease with beverages as well as light snacks.

Responsibility: As Corporate Host, you’ll be assigned a company that you’re responsible for. This includes helping them get their booth up as well as resolving potential questions and/or issues.

Responsibility: As Event Host, you will be preparing and decorating our events. During some events you will also work with catering and assist during games.

Skills: People-person, positive, outgoing, service-minded.

Responsibility: As Career Interview Host, you’ll be the link between students and company representatives. Your task will be to help both parties, guide them to the right interview room and ensure that the interviewer is comfortable.

Skills: Service-minded, stress-resilient, well-informed, calm and collected.

Responsibility: As Information Host you’ll work at the Informations Desk as well as in the wardrobe. Your main responsibility is making sure that our visitors feel well-informed and enjoy their stay.

Skills: Driver’s license, good driver, know the city, talkative, social and outgoing.

Responsibility: As Transport Host, you’re responsible for transporting company representatives and speakers to and from airports, trains and hotels.

Skills: Interested in photography, experience taking photos with good composition and good depth of field. Bonus: experience with videography.

Responsibility: Together with the Marketing & Communications Team you’ll be responsible for all the photos and videos from the fair as well as the pre-events and the finishing banquet, Pytten.

Skills: Physically capable of manual work, structured, attention to detail.

Responsibility: As Fair Host your task is to transform EC into a stunning venue for the eeeDays.

Skills: Attention to detail, service-minded, structured, social.

Responsibility: As Lecture Host you’ll, among other things, be preparing and serving the food and beverages, as well as welcoming the students to the lectures. You will be making sure the speakers feel 100% comfortable before and after their lectures.

Responsibility: As Lunch Host you’ll be responsible for serving the food to our guests. You’re expected to welcome the lunch guests with a big smile, as well as keeping the lunch area nice and tidy.
